We're a self-pay (fee-for-service) practice, which means you pay directly at the time of your visit. No surprise bills, no waiting on insurance. We keep our pricing clear and straightforward so you always know what to expect.

Fees reflect the time scheduled and complexity of care.

We ask for payment at the time of your appointment.

We currently accept Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield and Aetna. We are in the process of getting credentialed with other insurance companies, so please contact us for an updated list or any questions.

After each visit, we'll provide a superbill if requested that you can submit to your insurer. It includes everything they need:

• Diagnosis codes (ICD-10)

• Procedure codes (CPT)

• Provider information and NPI

• Date and duration of service

Questions to Ask Your Insurance Provider

A quick call to your insurer can clarify what you're entitled to. Ask them:

• Do I have out-of-network mental health benefits?

• What is my out-of-network deductible?

• What percentage of fees will be reimbursed?

• Are telehealth services covered?

• Are there visit limits per year?

If you need to cancel a follow-up, please let us know at least 24 business hours in advance. Here's how late cancellations are handled:

• First time late cancellation: No charge. We’ll waive the cancelation fee.

• Second time cancellation or no-show: $75. This will be applied to all late cancelations going forward.

*Telehealth appointments are provided in accordance with Virginia law. You must be physically located in Virginia at the time of your visit unless other arrangements have been made.
